Follow winding mule tracks towards the east and ascend to Tizi n’tamaterte, where an incredible panorama of the Atlas mountain range awaits. Take a moment to soak in the stunning view of the peaks and valleys, including Jbel Oukaimeden and the magnificent encircled plateau. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Tizi n’tamaterte before continuing your journey to the Imnane Valley and arriving at the charming Gite d’Etape in Wanskra village. This 5 to 6-hour hike will be an unforgettable experience, showcasing the natural beauty of Morocco.
With the sun rising high above the mountains, we set out on a journey down the Assif imnane Valley. As we passed through the Berber hamlets, the welcoming smiles of the locals filled us with warmth. After climbing up to the tizi n’ageursiwal, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the valley below. Descending through winding mule tracks, we reached the picturesque village of aguersiwal, where we had a satisfying lunch. Walking through the river bed of Imlil, we felt the cool breeze and the gentle flow of the water, soothing our tired feet. As we reached the valley of Imlil, we couldn’t help but feel grateful for the stunning beauty surrounding us. Driving back to Marrakech, we were left with memories that would stay with us forever.
