Terms & Conditions – Great Travel Morocco

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, travel services, tours, and transportation provided by Great Travel Morocco, operating in Morocco. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.


2. Booking & Payment
  • All reservations must be confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or booking form).

  • A deposit of [20%] may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be settled on the Tour or Service Launch date, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or cash upon arrival.


3. Pricing
  • All prices are listed in EUR / USD / MAD and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may vary depending on season, availability, or currency fluctuations.

  • What is included/excluded will be clearly stated in the tour description.


4. Cancellations & Refunds
By the Client:
  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Cancellation fees:

    • More than 15 days before the tour: full refund minus administrative fees.

    • 7–15 days before: 50% refund.

    • Less than 7 days before: non-refundable.

  • No refund is issued for:

    • No-shows

    • Unused services

    • Early departure during the tour

By the Company:
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Road closures

    • Safety concerns

    • Force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, political unrest)

  • A full refund or alternative date will be offered.


5. Transportation Conditions
  • All vehicles are licensed and insured in accordance with Moroccan Law.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are not allowed inside the vehicles.

  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


6. Travel Insurance
  • Clients are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance covering:

    • Medical expenses

    • Trip cancellation

    • Loss/damage of luggage

    • Personal accidents

  • The company is not liable for costs related to accidents, illness, or lost items.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate personal information.

  • Follow the safety instructions given by guides or drivers.

  • Respect local customs, nature, and cultural sites.

  • Inform the company of any medical conditions or special dietary requirements in advance.


8. Luggage & Personal Belongings
  • The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

  • Clients are responsible for keeping their valuables with them at all times.


9. Accommodation

If accommodation is included:

  • Hotels/riads are selected based on availability and the category requested.

  • In case of unavailability, a similar category will be provided.


10. Complaints
  • Any issue should be reported immediately to the driver, guide, or company representative so we can resolve it.

  • Formal complaints must be sent in writing within 7 days after the end of the tour.


11. Liability

The company is not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control.

  • Injuries, illnesses, or accidents caused by third parties or client negligence.

  • Damage caused by force majeure events.


12. Governing Law

Moroccan Law governs these Terms & Conditions.
Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco.


13. Acceptance

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
